Andrew Moseley is a Building Designer based on the Central Coast of NSW and established Suburban Projects in 2010. Specialising in residential design including new dwellings, renovations and dual occupancies, we work collaboratively with clients combining creativity with functionality.

Our aim is to provide personalised design and comprehensive documentation that adheres to your brief, is cost effective and buildable. We work closely with our trusted network of consultants to help guide you through every aspect of the design and approval process.
