This old shack needed a house renovation appropriate to it’s beach side setting.

A small run down beach home set well back from the street needed a renovation inside and out. Changing the internal configuration of the rooms allowed us to open up the living spaces and also create a stronger link to the rear entertaining areas. An additional bedroom, bathroom, ‘euro’ laundry, and ensuite added to the master bedroom substantially increased the amenity of the home. A large pool and deck were added to the rear yard to create a private oasis.
