The existing home lacked the layout and finish that this lake front location deserved. With expansive south facing views of Avoca, east to the beach and west down the lagoon, a new home sited generally in the location of the existing house maximised the views. Comprising of 5 bedrooms with 2 living spaces and a pool, the design is compact, engages with the surroundings, and uses a palette of materials to retain the beachfront aesthetic.
